Harmony/Harmonie: I just can’t shake the brotherly/sisterly feeling between them. Also, Hermione and Ron belong together and I will never ship either with anyone else in a sirius manner. (Any and all reasons I ship Fremione can be found on my list of reasons I ship Romione, where they are accompanied by many more.)
Twincest: Um…not convinced that Fred and George are gay, for one. And not a fan of incest. Says the hardcore V.C. Andrews fan.
Snily: I’m bitter from all the hate on my beloved James Potter. Also, I feel that Lily’s head would need to be examined several times over, very thoroughly if she chose to be with Snape after everything he did and was involved in. Plus, we wouldn’t have our beloved series if she had been with him, now, would we?
Dramione: The second the words, “I hope it’s Granger,” leave Malfoy’s mouth, I can’t help but think there is no hope for two people who despise each other and whose only interaction has ever been snide remarks between classes, especially when it’s usually on behalf of friends. And I’m not entirely convinced that ‘Mudblood’ is a teasing, endearing term.
Drinny: Do they really have any interaction besides him insulting her family and her hexing him?
Neville/Luna: I feel like they were paired together because they were the only two left without significant others. Most people shipped/assumed Romione and Hinny, and then there were 2. But I don’t think they’re well suited romantically. Neville needs someone very down to Earth. And Luna, Merlin bless her, is far from down to Earth. And she needs someone who will listen to her theories instead of someone who will be completely baffled by them.
